The Foreign Affairs Council on Development, taking place on Tuesday 26 May, adopted conclusions on the post-2015 agenda. Ministers set out the EU position for the conference on financing for development in July and the Summit on post-2015 development agenda in September.
In the conclusions, ministers renewed the collective commitment to achieve the 0.7% ODA/GNI target, but failed to agree on binding dates to reach the spending target.
